Service Guarantee

Most importantly, our goal is to make you happy! If you are not satisfied with your service, all we require is for you to notify and rebook your service within 3 days of your original appointment to avoid any additional charges. We continually strive to better serve our guests.

Appointment Policy

We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and staff member for your services.

We may require a credit card or purchase of a gift card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Our staff are in great demand, so please be respectful to their time and that of other guests by honoring your commitment to be here. We require at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no-show no-calls. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require credit card prepayments to reserve an appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Cell Phone Text Reminders

To help you not forget your special time with us we have several options to assist you. If we have your cell number we will automatically send you a text reminder 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Not getting text reminders? Just ask and we will turn this feature on for you. Automated text reminders are sent directly to your cell phone the week of your scheduled appointment. Confirm or cancel your appointment right from your cell phone. Reply YES to confirm, NO to cancel. To confirm your appointment cancellation via text we suggest that you call our front desk at (954) 639-7798. Truu will not be responsible for cell or Internet difficulties.

Appointment Confirmation Calls

If we do not have a cell number on file for you we will call you at one of the other contact numbers you have provided to us. These calls are made at least 24-hours' prior to your appointment. If a member of the front desk can't reach you personally they will leave a message, if possible. Should you need to cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy above.

Multiple Service Appointments / Wedding Packages

These require a credit card or gift card to hold your appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for cancellation. A no-show no-call within 48 hours will result in a charge to your credit card for 100% of the amount of the services or if reserved with a gift card, it will be voided.

Arrival

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your services. Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes prior to your services.

If you are 10 - 15 minutes late it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

For Your Protection

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment. We also ask that you wear the smock provided for protection of your clothing.

Children

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Many of our guests are also parents and look forward to "their" time. We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the experience without your little ones.

Pets

The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.

Staff Selection/Changes

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member-or if you'd just like to get a fresh point of view-please let us know. Remember we work as a team and it is our mission to provide you with the best service.

Product Returns

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with any products that you purchase at Truu Salon. If you are not satisfied, please return the product so that we can recommend an alternative. All product returns must be within 30 days of purchase and at least 50% full. A store credit will be issued for returns. All hair tools, sale items and Personal Blends sales are final.

Payment Types

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and cash. Additionally, we have an ATM on site. We do not accept checks.

Gratuities

Gratuities are always appreciated at Truu Salon. For your guidance, a 15-20% gratuity is traditional. If you choose to leave a gratuity for your service provider we ask that you do so directly to them. Truu Salon will have gratuity envelopes available at the front desk for your convenience. We are not able to handle any gratuity exchanges via credit card through the front desk. We do have an ATM available for your convenience. A nominal $1 fee is charged.
